Kaylene brings a rich and varied background in community services to her role as a Support Coordinator, with over a decade of frontline experience supporting individuals facing mental health challenges, disability, homelessness, and family separation.
With a calm, compassionate approach and strong advocacy skills, Kaylene is committed to helping participants navigate the NDIS, build meaningful connections, and access the right supports. She works especially well with clients in Supported Independent Living (SIL), those under Community Treatment Orders (CTOs), and people navigating complex systems and multiple services.

Her background includes roles in youth residential care, homelessness support, and supervised family contact, giving her a grounded understanding of trauma, vulnerability, and the importance of relational trust. Kaylene is passionate about client-centred practice and is known for building strong rapport with participants and families.

Kaylene holds a Diploma of Community Services and has completed professional development in trauma-informed care, domestic and family violence response, Self-Management and Recovery Training, and crisis intervention (supporting individuals struggling with addiction). She is an experienced collaborator who thrives in multidisciplinary settings and is deeply committed to supporting people in times of challenge and change.
