After more than a decade in leadership roles across mental health, disability, and child protection services, Megan has chosen to return to where her passion began—working directly alongside participants and families as a Specialist Support Coordinator on the Central Coast.
Megan holds a Master’s in Mental Health and has a background in Criminology and Criminal Justice. She brings a powerful blend of clinical knowledge, trauma-informed practice, and hands-on experience supporting people with complex needs. Whether she’s helping someone navigate the NDIS, connect with services, or build capacity, Megan approaches every participant with respect, empathy, and insight.

Her earlier roles—leading regional operations and safeguarding vulnerable children—have given her a strong understanding of systems, but it’s the personal connections and client-centred work that drive her most. Megan is especially skilled in supporting people with psychosocial disabilities, mental health challenges, or complex life circumstances.
“Supporting people to feel safe, in control, and truly heard—that’s what matters most to me. It’s why I’ve returned to this work.”
Megan is now focusing on making a meaningful difference, one participant at a time—bringing warmth, professionalism, and specialist expertise to every plan and partnership.
