NDIS Support Coordinator and Occupational Therapist (AHPRA Registered)Hi, I’m Olivia!
Olivia brings a rare combination of clinical expertise and real-world coordination experience across the NDIS, mental health, and hospital systems.
As an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist, she understands not just how the NDIS works, but how a person’s functional needs, mental health, and daily life all connect. This allows her to support participants in a way that is both practical and deeply person-centred.

Olivia has worked across Newcastle, regional, and remote communities, supporting people with psychosocial disability, acquired brain injury, and complex needs. She has experience in both Support Coordination and Occupational Therapy roles, giving her a well-rounded perspective when navigating plans, services, and clinical recommendations.
Her approach is calm, structured, and focused on helping people feel more confident in their supports. She is particularly skilled at:
Navigating complex systems (NDIS, health, housing, and community services)
Supporting participants through periods of instability or transition
Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and aligning everyone around clear goals
Building participant capacity, independence, and self-advocacy
Delivering trauma-informed and recovery-oriented support
Olivia also brings strong experience in risk assessment, care planning, and functional assessments, which helps ensure that supports are not only appropriate, but sustainable and aligned with long-term outcomes.
She is passionate about providing support that is ethical, transparent, and genuinely centred around the participant’s goals and wellbeing.
Olivia’s background in both clinical and coordination roles means she can see the full picture and help bring clarity to situations that often feel overwhelming.
