Simone brings over 15 years of experience in community services, as well as a Bachelor of Social Science as well as postgraduate qualifications in counselling. Her work spans mental health, disability, aged care, and suicide prevention, with a strong focus on supporting people with psychosocial disability and complex needs.

In her role as a Specialist Support Coordinator, Simone helps NDIS participants navigate services, build capacity, and strengthen their support networks. Her approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and grounded in empathy and purpose.
